No evidence of <br /> damage or erosion was observed to pond embankments during the inspection of the site. <br /> GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLANCE: <br /> The longwall at the Foidel Creek Mine is in the process of being moved to the 16 LT panel. According to Jerry <br /> Nettleton of TCC, the move is scheduled to be completed in mid March. Coal was in the process of being loaded <br /> in railcars at the time of the inspection. Activites permitted under MR 251 at the 18LT borehole are being <br /> conducted with no problems noted. <br /> OTHER(SPECIFY): <br /> This was a partial inspection of the Foidel Creek Mine conducted by Jason Musick of CDRMS. Jerry Nettleton of <br /> TCC accompanied the inspection. The weather was clear and the mine site was snow-covered at the time of the <br /> inspection. <br /> PROCESSING WASTE/COAL MINE WASTE PILES—Rule 4.10 and 4.11 Drainage Control; Surface <br /> Stabilization;Placement: <br /> The construction of the core drain of the RDA expansion was completed in January of 2011. Refuse material <br /> continues to be placed over the completed core drain and was graded and spread with no grading activities being <br /> conducted at the time of the inspection. The RDA was snow covered with the exception of recently placed, spread <br /> and compacted processing waste.
