As <br />required by rule 4.30.1(2) the following information is provided: <br />a. The 2010 annual reclamation report map showed the horizontal and vertical extent of <br />subsurface strata which have been affected in the permit area prior to temporary <br />cessation. The disturbed area is 12.9 acres of which 3.3 acres have been reclaimed. <br />The underground mine has affected 489 acres. <br />b. Permanent reclamation (3.3 acres) was accomplished along the road and drill site <br />located in Munger Canyon prior to temporary cessation. <br />c. No backfilling, regrading, or revegetation will be performed during temporary cessation. <br />Underground openings (portals) will be left open. Environmental monitoring will be <br />performed in accordance with the permit requirements as follows: <br />SW-1 Quarterly Field and Short Suite (McClane page 4-21) <br />SW-2 Twice per year Field and Short Suite (McClane page 4-21) <br />SW-3 Quarterly Field and Short Suite (Munger page 2-29) <br />SW-8 Quarterly Field and Short Suite (McClane page 4-21) _ <br />GW-1, GW-3, GW-6 & GW-9 Quarterly Field (McClane page 4-17 <br />Munger page 2-30) <br />The short suite is shown in Munger table 2.5-2 & McClane table 4.2-15. <br />d. The mine went into temporary cessation because its only customer, the Cameo Power <br />Plant closed.
