0 <br />:.7 <br />Note: all wells will be on previously constructed drill pads - the TM wells and the Production <br />Well will be drilled on the TM Pad; the Heater Well will be drilled on the Test Pad. <br />Modified surface excavations, or other land disturbance proposed in support of AMSO's testing <br />program, are shown on Figure A.3. The figure presents the final surface disturbances planned by <br />AMSO for the Pilot Test. <br />After incorporating the changes to the TM Pad, the final surface disturbances by facility are as <br />follow: <br />Facili Disturbance (acres) <br />Test Pad 5.1 <br />Test Pad Access Roads 0.6 <br />TM Pad 2.9 <br />MWP 2 Pad 1.2 <br />MWP 2 Road 0.5 <br />HB Pad 1.2 <br />BB Road 0.3 <br />Heli-pad 0.6 <br />Total 12.4 acres <br />Construction Details <br />The northwest side of the TM Pad will be extended 50 feet beyond our established "Limits of <br />Disturbance" and the northeast side will be extended 150 feet beyond our established "Limits of <br />Disturbance" as shown in Figure A.3 (Exhibit A). A chain-link fence will be erected around the <br />TM Pad after construction. Within the area of the proposed disturbance; vegetation will be <br />removed (including 3-4 small trees); and topsoil will be stripped, stockpiled, and seeded. AMSO <br />will move the existing sediment sump approximately 175 down the existing ditch along the road <br />to the MWP-2 Pad. <br />Proposed Access Roads <br />All access roads have been completed. <br />Proposed Drill Pads <br />All drill pads have been constructed; TM Pad will be extended. <br />Waste Containment and Disposal <br />NO CHANGE <br />Reclamation <br />NO CHANGE
