The northwest side of the TM Pad
will be extended 50 feet beyond our established "Limits of Disturbance" and the northeast side
will be extended 150 feet beyond our established "Limits of Disturbance" as shown in Figure
A.3 (Exhibit A). A chain-link fence will be erected around the TM Pad after construction.
Within the area of the proposed disturbance; vegetation will be removed (including 3-4 small
trees); and topsoil will be stripped, stockpiled, and seeded. AMSO will move the existing
sediment sump approximately 175 down the existing ditch along the road to the MWP-2 Pad.
We want to do the dirt work as soon as possible; your expedited approvals would be appreciated.
Sincerely,
Roger L.
