Pineda <br />570 2nd St. Director <br />Meeker, CO 81641 <br />Re: Richard Bachman Pit, Permit No. M-1980-11y, Amendment Approval, Revision No. AM-1 <br />Dear Mr. Morlan: <br />On February 11, 2011 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Amendment application submitted <br />to the Division on December 20, 2010, addressing the following: <br />Increase permit acreage from 19.5 acres to 25.64 acres. <br />The terms of the Amendment No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1980-112.
