This <br />approval is based on the site inspection conducted on July 29, 2003 and on the information <br />provided by you under a cover letter dated October 23, 2003. The estimated pit inflows <br />from precipitation and groundwater indicate that this alt has been lined to the design <br />standard referenced in the August 1999 State Engineer Guidelines for Lining Criteria for <br />Gravel Pits.
