The letter determined "the northern 3,900 foot reach of
the tributary to the South Platte River from contour line 4740 on the Milliken topo map
to the South Platte River, and the Western Mutual Ditch were determined to be
jurisdictional." Based on this statement, ERO developed the attached Jurisdictional
Determination map.
Please review the attached Jurisdictional Determination map. ERO, on behalf of Civil
Resources, LLC, would appreciate written confirmation that the attached Jurisdictional
Determination map correctly reflects the approved jurisdictional determination status of
wetlands at the Platte Sand and Gravel S&H Mine Site based on the August 23, 2010
letter.
Please let me know if you have any questions or need additional information. Thank
you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,

Sadie Russo
Natural Resource Specialist
Attachments
cc: Chris Crowley, Civil Resources, LLC
p:\4700 projects\4706 gilcrest reservoirs\jd requesdetter t mckee re confirmation jd.doc
(ansultants in
Natural Resources
and the Environment
