No <br />additional surface disturbance is proposed as a part of this action. <br />A list of permit changes is attached. While some workings are shown on the maps outside of <br />current or proposed permit areas they are shown strictly for reference purposes. We currently do <br />not seek approval of any workings shown outside of the proposed mine permit area. <br />The revised mine plan does not undermine any additional non-mine structures, intermittent or <br />perennial streams, riparian areas, or other items which could be adversely impacted by <br />subsidence. <br />The Federal Coal Lease C-8425 was modified to include the area of the proposed changes.
