Pineda <br />Director <br />On February 1, 2011 the Division received the December 2010 Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) and WET tests <br />for the Edna Mine, CDPH&E permit CO-0032638. Two outfalls are permitted under the CDPH&E permit. Both <br />ponds discharged during December 2010. The operator sampled the discharges in compliance with the sampling <br />frequency. No parameters were outside of the permit limits. WET test parameters passed as well for discharges from <br />both ponds. The operator provided a copy of the reports to the Division in a timely manner.
