This inspection of Janet <br />Binns reviewing digital photos taken by Harry Ranney on December 13, 2010. The Edna Mine is a reclaimed <br />surface mine with no mining activity remaining on the site beyond regular road maintenance, water monitoring, <br />and weed management. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05 ? The snow pack does not appear too deep yet as considerable vegetation is <br />still visible through the snow. <br />The Moffat Pond is snow and ice covered. There is no sign of recent activity on the roads. <br />SUPPORT FACILITIES - Rule 4.04: <br />Powerlines and warehouse facilities on the ridgeline are barely visible in the snow.
