A public <br />notice of the proposed decision was published in the Canon City Daily Record on January 18, 2011. This <br />public notice initiated a ten-day public comment period that parties having objections or concerns could <br />submit their concerns to the Division regarding this proposed revision. No comments were received by <br />the Division during the public comment period. The public comment period closed at 5:00 pm February <br />7, 2011.
