The documents included with this letter: Public Notice; Revised Permit pages 2.03-5,6 to <br />6b, 2.04-8 to 11 g, 2.04-17-25, 31; 2.05-90g to 92 (replaces 90g-94); Map 1 - Surface Ownership; <br />Map 2 - Coal Ownership; Map 3 - Mine plan; Map 8 - Hydrology; Map 5 Geology; Map 6A- <br />Sheets 1-16 Coal Thickness, Structure and Interburden by seam; Map 20-Sheets 1-3 Structure <br />Inventory; Exhibit 8 Addendum Probable Hydrologic Consequences of Mining in the Allen and <br />Apache Seams at the New Elk Mine; and Exhibit 24 Subsidence Control, Monitoring and <br />Mitigation Plan; Exhibit 41 2010 Exploration Program Geophysical Logs; List of Exhibits; List of <br />Tables; and List of Maps. <br />2.
