Note: all wells will be on previously constructed drill pads - the TM wells and the Production
Well will be drilled on the TM Pad; the Heater Well will be drilled on the Test Pad.
Modified surface excavations, or other land disturbance proposed in support of AMSO's testing
program, are shown on Figure A.3. The figure presents the final surface disturbances planned by
AMSO for the Pilot Test.
After incorporating the changes to the TM Pad, the final surface disturbances by facility are as
follow:
Facili
Test Pad
Test Pad Access Roads
TM Pad
MWP 2 Pad
Disturbance (acres)
5.1
0.6
2.9
1.2
MWP 2 Road 0.5
HB Pad 1.2
BB Road 0.3
Heli-pad 0.6
Total 12.4 acres
Construction Details
The northwest side of the TM Pad will be extended 50 feet beyond our established "Limits of
Disturbance" and the northeast side will be extended 150 feet beyond our established "Limits of
Disturbance" as shown in Figure A.3 (Exhibit A). A chain-link fence will be erected around the
TM Pad after construction. Within the area of the proposed disturbance; vegetation will be
removed (including 3-4 small trees); and topsoil will be stripped, stockpiled, and seeded. AMSO
will move the existing sediment sump approximately 175 down the existing ditch along the road
to the MWP-2 Pad.
Proposed Access Roads
All access roads have been completed.
Proposed Drill Pads
All drill pads have been constructed; TM Pad will be extended.
Waste Containment and Disposal
NO CHANGE
Reclamation
NO CHANGE
5
