Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />We have completed a preliminary review of the above-referenced submittal and have the <br />following comments. <br />1. We will provide a draft copy of the updated reclamation cost estimate for your <br />review and will insert the final copy in a new Exhibit R in Appendix 2.05. <br />2. Please revise page 5-20 to indicate a Technical Revision will be submitted for <br />describing the plan for regrading Topsoil Stockpile #4 to approximate original <br />contour, and remove the proposal for leaving the stockpile in place. <br />3. On page 5-20, please add the words "and Sediment Pond #2" to the end of the <br />sentence which reads: "Topsoil Stockpiles #7 and #8 are slated for reclamation of <br />Sediment Pond #1." <br />4. Please add the words "part of before "#7" in the first sentence on page 5-25. <br />5.
