Compliance With Mine Plan N - Support Facilities Not On-site <br />N - Other N - Special Categories Of Mining <br />N - Processing Waste N - Topsoil <br />COMMENTS <br />This was a partial inspection of the Seneca II Mine based on aerial photographs of the site taken by Harry Ranney <br />and reviewed by Susan Burgmaier. The site was covered with snow, and there was no evidence of any recent <br />reclamation or maintenance activity anywhere. <br />Permit Revision No. 2, to reduce the permit area, became final on January 19, 2011. The permit area is now <br />reduced to 386.5 acres, encompassing 266.7 acres of disturbance in the Pond 008 watershed area. This inspection <br />was limited to the new reduced permit area. <br />BACK-FILL and GRADING - Rule 4.1411 ?
