The Operator holds a Section 110c permit for a 5.6-acre construction
materials operation located in Section 1 Northeast 1/ Township 3 North, Range 71
West, 6th Principal Meridian in Boulder County, Colorado. The Division's letter provided notice regarding the
alleged violations and information about the January 12, 2011 hearing.
4. On December 22, 2010 the Operator admitted the violation and agreed
to the Division's recommendations.
