As you are aware we have <br />determined that Wildcat Mining Corporation is currently in violation of Section 404 of the Clean Water Act. <br />We have referred this case to the US Environmental Protection Agency and they are currently acting as the <br />lead enforcement agency. I would encourage you to coordinate any decision you make in terms of Wildcat's <br />Application with Kenneth Champagne of the USEPA.
