Pineda <br />Director <br />On January 18, 2011 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Amendment application submitted to the <br />Division on October 20, 2010, addressing the follo-Aing: <br />Increase the permitted acreage from 58.0 to 90.9, 6 to allow crushing operation to continue mining <br />The terms of the Amendment No. 2 approved by tr}e Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1977-053.
