PiAeda <br /> Director <br />RE: Request for Clarification on objection to Wildcat Mining Corporation, <br />Conversion of a 110(2) Operation to a 112d-1 Operation (CN-01), <br />May Day Idaho Mine Complex, Permit File No. M-1981-185 <br />Dear Mr. Hughes: <br />Thank you for your correspondence dated October 18, 2010, stating your concerns regarding <br />activities conducted by Wildcat Mining Corporation in La Plata Canyon. Copy of your <br />correspondence, received on October 22, 2010, is enclosed for reference. <br />Wildcat Mining Corporation filed the application for CN-01 with the Division on January 10, <br />2011. The comment period for CN-01 opened on the filing date, January 10, 2011, and will <br />close 20 days following the fourth publication of the public notice, which will be published once <br />a week for four consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in the locality of the <br />proposed operation.
