October 20, 2010 <br />To Whom It May Concern, <br />We are writing in opposition of the Mayday and Idaho mine and mill permits <br />through the Colorado Division of Reclamation and Mining Safety. As residence of La <br />Plata Canyon we feel that this company is not fit for mining or milling. Wildcat Mining <br />Corporation has spent several years being deceitful to our county and state, as well as the <br />neighbors in which the mine is surrounded. In particular, this mine has been operating <br />during hours in which they.claim not to be, the road access is illegitimate and Wildcat has <br />shown nothing but disregard of neighborhood compatibility. On multiple occasions, they <br />have been working when they have been given cease and desist orders. In addition, <br />Wildcat Mining Corporation has illegally built several structures including their mill. <br />Overall, this company has shown nothing but disregard for local, state and federal <br />laws. It is a shame to think that a company such as Wildcat Mining Corporation can get <br />away with these reckless behaviors and work ethics. <br />I am requesting "party status" for this case.
