The Board ordered the <br />Operator to submit a Conversion Application by October 14, 2010 and to have the application in an approvable form by <br />February 10, 2011. <br />The Operator has submitted the required conversion application and the application is in the review process. On <br />January 24, 2011 the Division received a letter addressed to the Board from the Operator requesting a 60 day extension <br />to comply with the corrective actions. The Operator needs additional time to address the Division's adequacy review <br />of the application. <br />The Division does not object to the Operator's request.
