Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety renewed Mining Permit No. C-1981-035 for the <br />King Coal Mine on August 18, 2007, allowing coal mining and reclamation operations to continue under the <br />provisions of the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act of 1979.
