Reclamation Permit Amendment Application Package (AM2)
Dear Mr. Lucero:
On Friday, January 21, 2011, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety received the Construction Material Regular
(112) Operation Reclamation Permit Amendment (AM2) application package for the West of Maybell Pit, Permit No. M-
1979-142. A preliminary review of the information received determined that the following items must be received before
the Division can consider the application submitted and technical review can begin:
APPLICATION FEE: The Division did not receive the application fee ($2,229.00) with the application package.
APPLICATION PACKAGE:
