Other Permits and Licenses <br />BLM Pit - West of Maybell <br />Effluent Discharge <br />-No domestic wastewater treatment facilities will be discharged. <br />Air Quality <br />-Not a major source of air pollution. <br />Disposal of Dredge and Fill Materials <br />-No dredge or fill material will be wasted or disposed of onsite. <br />Permit to Construct a Dam <br />-No dams will be constructed or used onsite. <br />Well Permits <br />-No onsite wells will be created or used. <br />Explosive Permits <br />-No explosives will be used onsite. <br />Bureau of Land Management <br />-Included in "Legal Right to Enter" Section. <br />All other applicable permits are included. <br />
