MINED LAND WILDLIFE STATEMENT/ EVALUATION (Revised) <br />For Limited Impact and Select Regular Mine Applications <br />The following information pertaining to wildlife is provided for use by Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board in their consideration of a .mining permit for: <br />State Land Pit / SE 4 NW a NE ; SW 4, Sec. 31, T9SW <br />Name/Type and Location of Mine Legal <br />Wildlife Species list: Pronghorn antelope, mule deer, possible sage grouse, various <br />non-game species of birds, mammals, and reptiles, cottontail rabbit, coyote. <br />Endangered/critical s ecies/impacted: None <br />Critical habitats/vegetative communities impacted: <br />Sagebrush community: Artamesia; native forbs and grasses <br />Assessment of impact: Minimal if site is vegetated <br />' Mine Reclamation recommendations (include key species/habitats. for which restoration <br />is designed). <br />Reseed with native: grasses, in a mixture of various species as designated by the SCS. <br />Prepared by: Kirk W.
