Box 481 <br />Houston, TX 77001-0481 <br />Re: Shell Frontier Oil & Gas Inc., Notice of Intent to Condu t Prospecting (NOI) P-2010-026, Review <br />of Multi-Mineral RDD Lease, Review Period Extension. <br />Dear Mr. Posey, <br />Due to the complexity of the Notice of Intent to Conduct Prospecting (NOI) submitted by Shell <br />Exploration & Production Company on December 30, 2010 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and <br />Safety (Division) will require an additional thirty (30) days to review the NOI. Therefore, the original <br />deadline for notification of deficiencies of February 2, 2011 cannot be met.
