The following information is <br />required for the Plan of Development to be considered complete and to continue with the approval <br />process: <br />• Estimated amount (tons) of nahcolite in the heated cavity area and quantity removed <br />• Water Monitoring and Response Plan that includes details of- <br />• Monitoring water levels and water quality <br />o Monitoring parameters, frequency/schedule, equipment, procedures, data <br />management/validation, corrective action, reporting <br />o Description of quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) for monitoring procedures <br />• A description of how the crown integrity of the mining cavity is verified/monitored <br />• A copy of the Spill Prevention C_ontrols_& Counter Measures (SPCC) Plan for the project <br />• Air emissions inventory (air permit) <br />• A copy of the final signed of CSU agreement <br />If there are any questions, please contact Paul Daggett, Mining Engineer at (970) 878-3819. <br />Sincerely, <br />nt E.
