The discrepancy regarding the Map 3 and Map 4 study area boundary versus the permit boundary is explained as follows: In about April 2010 the vegetation study was initiated and this occurred before the purchase and sale agreement for the property was finalized. J.E. Stover & Associates is the primary contractor for CAM - Colorado, LLC and estimated the property boundary for the purpose of conducting the vegetation study. Kent Crofts of IME Environmental Consultants completed the study in July 2010. The sale of the property became final in September 2010 and the actual final property line differed slightly from the estimated study area. As explained in the enclosed page 1 from the vegetation study, this small area will not be disturbed and should not affect the overall conclusions of the report. 3. CAM - Colorado has submitted an application for a Nationwide Permit and they are working with the US Army Corp of Engineers on wetland impacts.
