Pifleda <br />Director <br />Please be advised that on January 26, 2011, Jack Clark Jr., whose address and telephone number are P.O. Box 767 , <br />Silverton, CO 81433; (970) 387-5243, filed an application to convert M-2005-065, Upper Animas Sand and Gravel Pit, a <br />I I0(c) Limited Impact Construction Materials Permit to a I I2(c) Regular Construction Materials Permit. The mining <br />and reclamation operation is located at or near Section 31, Township 42N, Range 6W, 10th Prime Meridian, in San Juan <br />County. The application decision is scheduled for April 26, 2011. <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the San Juan County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the office of the <br />Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />If you desire to make comments or objections, they must be submitted within twenty (20) days of the date of the <br />newspaper public notice to be considered in the application review process by the Division. You should contact the <br />applicant for the newspaper publication date.
