Pineda <br />Director <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (Division) has reviewed and found the <br />above referenced report to be in compliance with Rule 4.05.13(2). The Discharge Monitoring Reports <br />were received by the Division on January 25, 2011. The reports cover the time period from October 1, <br />2010 through December 31, 2010. <br />Four NPDES outfalls discharged during the fourth quarter of 2010. Outfall 001 (in Johnson Gulch <br />drainage) and Outfall 002 (in No Name Gulch drainage) discharged routinely throughout the quarter. <br />Two other outfalls discharged during the quarter.
