The main road at the East Mine was <br />covered in snow, as were the access roads to the West Ridge Waste Pile and to the old coal waste pile. The <br />entrance road to the reclaimed run-of-mine coal stockpile area was similarly covered in snow. The public road <br />leading from the Steven's Gulch road to the West Mine area had been plowed just short of the West Mine. The <br />remaining length was snow covered. <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3: <br />Although snow covered, there was no evidence of slope instability or erosional gullying at any of the <br />backfilled areas at the East Mine, West Mine and the run-of-mine coal stockpile area. <br />REVEGETATION - Rule 4.15 ? ?
