In accordance with Section 34-44-109(7)(d) of the Colorado Surface Coal <br />Mining Reclamation Act and Section 2.08.5(2) of the Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board for Coal Mining, Chevron Mining needs to submit a complete application for <br />renewal of the permit at least 180 days prior to the expiration of the permit.
