There did not appear to be any standing water, <br />only snow, in the sediment pond. <br />There was snow-covered water in the hillside spring water treatment pond. The snow was beginning to melt <br />around the water's edge in the treatment pond and had an orange stain due to the color of the spring water. This <br />orange-colored spring water has been found in the past to be in compliance with water quality standards. The <br />hillside spring area was clear of snow, probably due to the high temperature of the spring water. <br />ROADS - Rule 4.03 ? ?
