How was this conclusion reached? <br />What study or information was used to conclude that surface cracking will be limited to <br />a few inches in width? <br />6. Subsidence cracking of ephemeral drainages could interfere with runoff from over <br />2000 acres of land directly and indirectly. What monitoring and/or mitigation are <br />proposed for potential impacts runoff and to downstream water users? <br />7. On page 2.05-73 under Rule 2.05.6(6)(c) Subsidence Monitoring, please be more <br />specific about when monitoring will begin, how long it will continue, the frequency of <br />monitoring, what will be monitored, when can it end, and what, if any, mitigation is <br />proposed should monitoring indicate the need. <br />8. Please correct the typo on page 2.05-70 "both steams". <br />9. The permit boundary is incorrect on Figure 2.1-3 in the southern area. Please correct <br />this figure.
