Having reviewed the Motion, <br />and being fully advised, the Court hereby determines that Plaintiff's Motion is GRANTED. <br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, that the Defendants provide Plaintiff with an estimate <br />of the cost to prepare the record as described below within 20 days of the date of this Order and <br />that the Defendants prepare such record and provide the Court with the certified record with all <br />due speed following payment of the preparation costs by Plaintiff, but in no case more than 90 <br />days unless leave is given by the Court for a longer period to complete the record.
