( #4) <br />Section of State Law, regulation or Permit 4.25.5(2) <br />Condition believed to have been violated: <br />05 NATURE OF VIOLATION AND LOCATION: <br />Landowner had gated pipe, furrow, sideroll, traveling big gun, and central pivot - alleges they must flood irrigate now.
