Pineda <br />Director <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (CDRMS) has reviewed and found <br />the above referenced report to be in compliance with Rule 4.05.13(2). The fourth quarter <br />2010 Discharge Monitoring Reports were received by the Division on 24 January 2011; the <br />reports cover the time period from 01 October 2010 through 31 December 2010. <br />All outfalls permitted under COG-0048275 discharged during the fourth quarter 2010. <br />Discharges 002, 003, and 004 did not exceed any compliance criteria during the quarter. <br />Outfalls 002 and 003 were sampled for WET analyses during the quarter.
