Temporary Road #3 is no longer a part of the mining plan. The only access to the pit
floor will be off the entrance road north of the offices as shown on the amended plan.
2. We are requesting that the mine phases be removed from the mine plan.
3. Presently, there is a concrete plant on site that we have no plans to move. This plant was
at the location shown on the revised map when we purchased the property. We are
planning to move the hot mix asphalt plant from our LaSalle Road Facility to Haldorson
this year. While this is a portable facility, we anticipate that the plant will remain at
Haldorson for the foreseeable future.
If you need any additional information please let me know before the end of the week. I will be
on vacation until February 3`d
Thank you.
Sincerely,
JJ' ?44
Peter M. Kearl
Resource/Environmental Manager
