Pineda <br />Houston, TX 77252-2567 ? / / Director <br />Re: Colony Shale Oil Project, Permit No. M-1980-047, Technical Revision Approval, Revision No. TR-14 <br />Dear Mr. Adams: <br />On January 19, 2011 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety(DRMS) approved the Technical Revision <br />application submitted to the Division on December 30, 2010, addressing the following: <br />Drill two (2) additional water monitoring wells, to expand the existing water monitoring program. The wells <br />will be drilled from inside the existing mine drifts into the B-groove aquifer up-gradient of the area where <br />Electrofrac testing is occurring. The total depth for the proposed wells is to be 110 feet. <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 14 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1980- <br />047.
