according to a plat prepared by Evergreen Surveying, Inc. and recorded at Reception No. 242515 in the records of the Clear Creek County
Clerk and Recorder.

This operation will be removing this material and processing offsite to remove trace precious
metal content as well as heavy metal contamination. To mitigate any acidic runoff, best
management practices within the proposed Affected Area will be conducted as follows (see more
detailed Stormwater Management Plan in the appendix of Exhibit C):
• Install perimeter silt fences.
• Staged excavation and removal of waste rock dump.
• Re -grade site.
• Re- vegetate site using appropriate controls, i.e. biodegradable netting and /or hydro -mulch
using specified NRCS seed mix (see Exhibit D & Drawing E3).
