QUIT CLAIM DEED <br />THIS QUIT CLAIM DEED, dated May 30, 2006, between <br />RED TAIL XP LLC, a duly incorporated limited liability corporation in the State of Colorado, the address <br />of whose registered agent is #2 Miner's Creek Road (P.O. Box 2670) of the town of Frisco (80443) of the <br />County of Summit of the State of Colorado, Grantor, and <br />GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY MINES, LLC, a duly incorporated limited liability corporation in the State of <br />Colorado, the address of whose registered agent is #2 Miner's Creek Road (P. O. Box 2670) of the town of <br />Frisco (80443) of the County of Summit of the State of Colorado, Grantee. <br />WITNESS, that the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten dollars ($10.00) USD the receipt <br />and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, has remised, released, sold and QUITCLAIMED, and by <br />these presents does remise, release, sell and QUITCLAIM unto the Grantee its heirs, successors and assigns <br />forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the Grantor has in the real property, together <br />with any improvements, if any, situate, lying and being in the County of Gilpin and the State of Colorado <br />described as follows: <br />PARCEL A: An undivided 90% interest in and to the MINERAL RIGHTS ONLY of the CROESUS LODE <br />and the CROESUS EXTENSION LODE mining claims, both being U. S. Survey No. 12988, as described <br />in the United States Patent recorded January 15, 1900, in Book 136 at Page 49, EXCEPTING AND <br />EXCLUDING therefrom any portion thereof embraced in Mining Claims or Surveys Nos. 126, 190, 242, <br />573AM, 699, 857, 11086, 11930, 12179, 12528 and 12815, the Incidental Lode mining claim, U. S. Survey <br />No. 858 and the Waterloo, Wellington No. 3 and Wellington No. 5 Lode mining claims, U. S. Survey No. <br />11783, as excepted and excluded in said United States Patent, County of Gilpin, State of Colorado. <br />PARCEL B: An undivided 90% interest in and to the MINERAL RIGHTS ONLY of the EIGHTY-FOUR <br />LODE mining claim, U. S. Survey No. 5141, as described in the United States Patent recorded in Book 225 <br />at Page 344, EXCEPTING AND EXCLUDING therefrom any portion thereof embraced in Mining Claims <br />or Surveys Nos. 181, 636, 794, 4740 and 5000, as excepted and excluded in said United States Patent, <br />County of Gilpin, State of Colorado. <br />PARCEL C: The MINERAL RIGHTS ONLY to that part of the MOOSE LODE mining claim, U. S. <br />Survey No. 17330, lying South of the Rose Bud Lode mining claim, U. S. Survey No. 16963, County of <br />Gilpin, State of Colorado. <br />PARCEL D: An undivided 60% interest in and to the MINERAL RIGHTS ONLY of the PEWABIC LODE <br />mining claim, U. S. Survey No. 560, as described in the United States Patent recorded November 9,1883, <br />in Book 93 at Page 185, EXCEPTING AND EXCLUDING therefrom any portion thereof embraced by <br />Survey Nos. 172, 233 and 571, as excepted and excluded in said United States Patent, County of Gilpin, <br />State of Colorado. <br />PARCEL E: An undivided 90% interest in and to the MINERAL RIGHTS ONLY of the ROSE BUD <br />LODE mining claim, U. S. Survey No. 16963, as described in the United States Patent recorded September <br />30, 1952, in Book 225 at Page 342, EXCEPTING AND EXCLUDING therefrom any portion thereof <br />embraced in.mining claims or Surveys Nos. 1014, 12528, 12845, 13028 and 14766, Placer Tract "A" anal <br />Placer Tract "C" as referred to in the said United States Patent, the Incidental Lode mining claim, Survey <br />No. 858, and that portion of Survey No. 16988 in conflict with Survey No. 14766, as excepted and <br />excluded in said.
