<br />That part of the Federal Lode Mining Claim, U. S. Survey No. 107, West of a North-South line which is
<br />located 125 feet West of the Southwest comer of the house which is situated on Colorado Highway No. 279
<br />where said highway crosses the said Federal Lode Mining Claim, which said Southwest corner of said
<br />house bears from Corner No. 3 of To-Night Lode Mining Claim, U. S. Survey No. 16772 N 88°10' E, a
<br />distance of 318 feet;
<br />AND EXCEPT the surface rights only in and to that portion described in the deed recorded July 20, 1950, in Book
<br />217 at Page 439, as follows:
<br />Beginning at a point on the North line of the Federal Mining Lode #107, 15 feet West of the center of
