The ranking of the individual sites is given in Table 1 <br />above. These sites are considered the highest priorities for reclamation. In addition, there are two <br />draining mine adits where hydrologic controls should be beneficial, and may stop all drainage. Each <br />of these sites will be discussed in detail below. In general, the sites that received a ranking of 1 are <br />near or in a stream channel, and exhibit the greatest amount of historic erosion. <br />Williams, Rio Grande and Crown Point & Virginia (Sites #1 and #2) <br />Location <br />This site is located near the headwaters of the mainstem of Virginia Canyon (Figures 3 and 6).
