112601-1 <br />Year 2011 Blasting Schedule <br />Colowyo Coal Company L.P. hereby <br />publishes the following blasting sched- <br />ule for the 2011 year. <br />1. Identification of blasting areas: Dur- . <br />ing the 2011 year, blasting will be con- <br />ducted within the following areas: <br />T3N, R93W, 6th P,M., Moffat and Rio <br />Blanco Counties, Colorado <br />W112 of Section 3, <br />All of Section 4, <br />All of Section 9, <br />W1/2 of Section 10, <br />SWIM, N1/2 of Section 15, <br />All of Section 16, <br />All of Section 17, <br />All of Section 20, <br />W7/2 of Section 21' <br />T4N, R93W, 6th P.M., <br />Colorado Moffat County, <br />E1/2W1/2, W1/2E1/2, E1/2SE1/4 of <br />Section 22, <br />W1/2, N1/2NE1/4 of Section 27, <br />E1/2SE1/4 of Section 28, <br />E1/2SW7/4, EJ/2 of Section 33, <br />W1/2 of Section 34, <br />2. Time of blast: Blasting operations <br />will be conducted daily between sun- <br />rise and sunset. <br />3. All mine roads to blast areas will be <br />blocked at least ten minutes prior to <br />the blast by manned vehicles having <br />radio communication wi <br />Foreman th the Blasting <br />. The blast areas will be <br />cleared by the Blasting Foreman. All <br />mine areas are fenced for livestock. <br />4. Audible Warning Signals <br />Before blast signal: Four series of three <br />short sirens, then four series of three <br />long sirens. <br />After blast all clear signal, The Blasting <br />Foreman will check the blast and report <br />the all clear to barricade crews, fol- <br />lowed by a single, long siren. <br />i <br />5.
