and 28`h. A :Pesticide Application Record (PAR) as submitted to the BLM on December 6, 2010
was also provided to DRMS at that time.
Exploration drilling took place in 2009 and 60 exploration drill holes were completed and
reclaimed. These holes were inspected in November 2010 and additional seeding was completed
at this time in areas where additional revegetation is not yet adequate. Additional drilling is
planned following satisfactory resolution of the BLM remand and lifting of the current stay. Any
drilling in 2011 will require BLM and DRMS approval.
Denison submitted an Environmental Protection Plan for the Topaz Mine as part of an
Amendment for Designated Mining Operation status on June 5, 2009. Comments were received
from DRMS on August 28, 2009 and a response to comments was submitted to DRMS on
December 23, 2009. Denison will continue to work with DRMS on the DMO Amendment in
2011 and plans to install groundwater monitoring wells as approved by DRMS during the year.
No concurrent reclamation is proposed for the Topaz Mine in 2011.
