Compliance With Mine Plan N - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> N - Other N - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> R -Processing Waste N -Topsoil <br /> COMMENTS <br /> HYDROLOGI C BALAN C E—Rule 4.05 <br /> Roadside Ditches, established drainage channels, and culverts were snow covered at the time of the inspection. <br /> Ponds B, C, D, Pit#1,E,F, G, and the 18LT ponds were snow covered at the time of the inspection. No evidence <br /> of damage or erosion was observed to pond embankments during the inspection of the site. <br /> GENERAL COMPLIANCE WITH MINE PLAN <br /> This was a partial coal inspection conducted by Jason Musick of CDRMS. Joe Shoemaker of TCC accompanied <br /> the inspection and Jerry Nettleton of TCC was contacted at the start and closeout of the inspection. The weather <br /> was clear and cold(4 F) at the time of the inspection. The site displayed substantial snow cover throughout. <br /> TCC continues with the long wall in 17 LT in -by as permitted. No Coal was being loaded during the inspection. <br /> PROCESSING WASTE/COAL MINE WASTE PILES—Rule 4.10 and 4.11 <br /> The construction of the core drain of the RDA expansion has been completed. Refuse material continues to be <br /> placed over the completed core drain and was in the process of being stockpiled with no grading activities being <br /> conducted at the time of the inspection. The RDA was snow covered with the exception of recently placed <br /> processing waste. No problems were noted. <br /> SUPPORT FACILITES—Rule 4.04 <br /> The 6RT thickener underflow pipeline has been completed with the exception of the remaining monitoring <br /> manhole locations. Construction was being conducted on the installation of the manholes during the partial <br /> inspection.
