Those previous permits are:
1) PLN80-080 - Rezoning from A-1 to M-1 - review of zoning compliance for State Mined Lands
Reclamation Board ("MI-R-13")
2) PLN80-085 - State Mining Permit Amendment, MLRB Review and zoning compliance
3) PLN81-170 - Final rezoning to M-1
4) PLN84-072 - Rezoning 2,021 acres to M-1 (Bartlett Mountain Forest Exchange)
5) PLN92-086 - A 1041 permit was approved with conditions to allow for the redeployment of surplus
facilities, with the primary focus on water diversions and water releases into Ten Mile Creek, the
Eagle River Basin, and the East Fork of the Arkansas River.
6) PLN06-028 - Site plan for 39,234 square foot sludge densification plant
7) PLN08-081 - Site plan for 336 square foot pump building
In reviewing the permits listed above, Staff noted that in PLN84-072, the M-1 rezoning request included
a map that shows:
1977 reclamation permit boundary
1980 Climax property lines
