e.) Please label all the adjoining surface owners of record within 200 feet of the <br />permit boundary. <br />6.4.5 EXHIBIT E - Reclamation Plan <br />2.) Please clarify, if fertilizer and/or manure will be applied during reclamation. If <br />fertilizer will be applied, please indicate the type of fertilizer to be used and the ratios of <br />Nitrogen, Phosphorous, and Potassium to be applied. Also, please indicate how many <br />pounds per acre of this fertilizer will be applied. For the manure application, please <br />indicate how much manure will be applied per acre to the site. <br />3.) One main road and several auxiliary roads are located at the site. Please indicate how <br />these roads will be reclaimed? Will they be scarified, topsoiled and revegetated? Will <br />any portions of the roads be left after reclamation? <br />6.4.6 EXHIBIT F - Reclamation Plan Map <br />The faxed copy of the reclamation plan map received today is very similar to the August <br />16, 2010 map. <br />4.) Using the most recent map submitted, please make the following <br />corrections/additions : <br />a.) The corrected map must be signed by the registered land surveyor, <br />professional engineer or qualified person who prepared it. <br />b.) Please indicate the date the updated map was created. <br />c.) Ensure the map is drawn to a scale no large than 1 inch =50 feet or smaller <br />than 1 inch = 660 feet. <br />d.) Please remove the overburden/topsoil stockpiles depicted on the map. This <br />material will need to be used to reclaim the affected land, thus no stockpiles <br />should exist at the site after reclamation. <br />e.) Please depict how the roads leading into the mine area will be reclaimed. <br />f.) Please indicate on the map the entire affected land will be reclaimed to <br />"pastureland". <br />g.) This map must depict the topography of the reclaimed land with contour lines <br />of sufficient detail to portray the direction and rate of slope which should be no <br />steeper than a 3:1 horizontal to vertical ratio. Or to complete this requirement, <br />submit a cross section drawing indicating the final configurations and slopes of <br />the affected land. Please see the example below: <br />2
