4.0 RECOMMENDATIONS <br />Cedar Creek recommends that sampling for release of bonds / liability on these units be initiated in <br />2011 when all revegetation analyzed in this report will be at least nine years of age. It is also <br />recommended that proposed changes to the success standards and sampling methodology (as detailed in <br />Appendix B) be submitted to CDRMS and adopted before sampling proceeds. In addition, the noxious <br />weed spraying program at Snowcap must continue to address the noxious weeds (salt cedar, whitetop, <br />jointed goatgrass, and bindweed) that were observed during 2010 evaluation efforts. <br />CEDAR CREEK ASSOCIATES, Inc.
