The approved permit materials included a revised Map 2.05-M1, General <br />Facilities, Gobvent Boreholes, Sheet 6 of 6. and page 6 of Exhibit 2.04-E3, Geologic <br />Information, Item 9 - Methane Drainage Well Information. <br />MR-94 provides for 1) borehole abandonment reports and 2) an as-built map of the Bear creek <br />Fansite.
